First of all, Christophe was very nice and wellcoming! he solve calmly all our questions. Easy acces. Excelent location, The beach and city its beside, even a coffe shop its beside. It was very clean, bathroom and beds. The kitchennet was enough for your daily needs. He was very kind with the parking space. A woman/gentelman big bathroom and showers were 50 meters far, but very clean and organized. Its a great experience to sleep in a boat with a good location.

If you have a seaside room the views are fabulous. You have to port and all the yachts but also in the distance the Mediterranean and the mountains. The staff could not have been more helpful. His communication was great - amazing recommendations to restaurants, sites to see, and even set us up with a private boat ride with a friend (do this! One of the highlights of our stay!) The location is perfect in this adorable town. We traveled everywhere easily from here - Eze, Cannes, Nice, etc! Apartment was spotless and very roomy and comfortable. We will be back!

Train and bus station only 7 minutes walk, yacht port - 5 minutes, Picasso museum - 10 minutes. Nearby there are 2 bakeries, Carrefour, many cafes and restaurants. The owner of the apartment are very polite and helpful, they always respond quickly to our text messages and e-mails and gave good advice.

Didn't hear any noise from other guests. It was a bit noisy with the window open due to the main road underneath but well worth that for the convenience of being so near so many buses going everywhere and the train station, all just over the road. Very nice Le Collier restaurant next door.

Clean sanitary facilities and really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. At night there is a cozy market in the area and in the morning they our up a café and fish market.
