The hotel has a wonderful garden facing the river. I've booked a standard king room - cosy and well decorated. Nespreso machine in the room. Breakfast was delicious and varied.

I liked the balcony view from my cozy room. The parking was also convenient. The lobby was very creative with punting boats and DNA models, and it was a nice touch to give us key cards named after famous Cambridge scholars.

The host was exceptional liking a joke and laugh and made us feel very much at home as if we had known him for years. It was helpful to have a front door key as we had a show on the Friday night and were late back.
