Great Stay !! The 1st night was quite stormy but we barely felt the boat moving.....we enjoyed the hot tub and music on the boat every evening rain or shine. The location was great as a base for daytrips. We used both the kitchen facilities on the boat and access to the bar/restaurant in the marina and we also went into Poole 1 evening. Also had time for a cozy read in the lounge area.

It was a 10/15 minute walk over a bridge by the harbour to Poole town / boat trips etc.There is free secure parking under the apartment which is on the 2nd floor accessed by a lift.The host Alan was very friendly.We only stayed a few nights and hope to stay longer next time.

Excellent location for access to the ferry terminal, about a three minute drive away. Cool views of the lifeboats and the harbour. Didn't get a chance to try the food but the bar area was nice.
