Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating staff, extremely helpful on reception with information and booking taxi etc. Room was great, spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel was 20 min (uphill!) walk from the Old Town and 2 mins from the Marina (from where we met our boat for an island hopping day!) The one time we caught the bus to the Old Town, we caught it virtually outside our hotel. Almost perfect!

Anamaria is a great host. Very quick to respond and to help with any questions. She even managed to organize a private speedboat tour for us. The apartment is spacious with everything one might need. The terrace is even better than on the pictures. The views are breathtaking. We spent a lot of time there. One more good thing about the apartment is a parking lot downstairs that goes with it. This is supercool as parking on the streets is almost impossible due to the huge amount of cars everywhere.

Location was great, with great views of the yachts. The hosts were very accomodating, providing everything and even offered glass of sherry upon arrival. Fully equipped apartment.

Excellent sea views. Good size indoor pool. Good views from the pool and hot tub area. Excellent piano players each evening from 8pm to 11pm. Danijel and Maro are both brilliant! Nice tennis court. Scuba diving was available with dive masters at the hotel and leaving and returning by boat directly from the hotel. Good steam room and sauna. The Massage by the Thai massage therapist for the “fine spine” treatment is excellent.

The appartment was perfect, is very well equipped with all you need even with towels for the beach, we made food at home several times, everything was there. It is a little walk from the old town but we were really happy with it as it’s more of a quiet neighborhood to disconnect from the very touristy area, and the view were fantastic! They were kind and responsive, and helped us with some recommendations for activities as renting a boat and visit some Islands.

Fantastic appartment. Host welcomed us on arrival and gave us loads of information on local restaurants and boat trips etc. Location was perfect, so quiet yet close to bars, restaurants and beach. I highly recommend this property, it's outstanding, and fabulous host. Will definitely return soon.

Conveniently located near the historic old town, with a quick 5-minute bus ride or a pleasant walk, and in close proximity to the bus terminal and the port for boat excursions. The host was exceptionally welcoming, offering flexible check-in arrangements and maintaining excellent communication throughout the stay. The room had a good size with a balcony that offered breathtaking views, and the entire space was impeccably clean.

great location if you are arriving by boat or bus. We only needed one night before leaving to fly to London. Staff were really pleasant and I will stay there again.

We had a great stay at Mama’s studio in Dubrovnik. The apartment has everything you need: a comfy bed and sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The studio is located under the stairs of the house, so there is no terrace and that much sunlight. However, it’s located quite conveniently to everything, so you can reach Bellevue beach, as well as the marina for yachts are boats just in 10-15 min walk. Old Town is 25-30 min walk. The host is very kind and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend this place!

We had a lovely room, clean and comfortable with the most amazing views I have ever seen, we were on the Marina with all the boats and yachts and it was beautiful day and night, at night the lights were stunning. Also the hotel have the most helpful and lovely staff ever. A big mention to Frano, an absolute legend and Niksa, and the girls in the restaurant! Milijana, Matea and Marianas. All really lovely ladies. ❤️ This hotel is a perfect location, right by the ferry port. Bus stop across the road and a bus station only around 7 minutes walk.
