Resident sloth! Make sure you take a boat out to Isla Mamay, it's lovely and the boats leave from right by Ranchos de Chalia.

Coffee and a working wifi password offered with no prompting. Two relaxing days in a quiet (and tiny) town before getting on the boat to Colombia. And we were offered a lift to the marina with all our stuff :-)

You can observe monkeys and hummingbirds from your terrace. Room is comfy and cozy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Owner is amazing because she gave us great contact on captain of sailboat for trip to San Blas.
