Very nice and atmospheric place! We were glad to be guests in this wonderful house. Alexandra and Adam are excellent hosts - very responsible and friendly. We visited with 2 small dogs. Great view, calming place, not too many people or noise. We'll definitely be back in the summer. A very unusual experience and my little dream. The house has everything you need (gas stove, kettle, sink, cutlery and dishes), a lot of blankets, a warm and soft bed. The owners of the house left us nice gifts.

However, the house boat is a place to stay with a difference and I would highly recommend it. It was out of season so the marina was quiet which is a bonus or a drawback depending on what you need. Owners of the boat were very approachable and only a phone call away.

Almost a designer feel to the ones I saw (3 rooms) The landings have very nice chairs to relax on also. All in all I feel very happy to rebook here and recommend to anyone who asked. One slight over sight that could be fixed an extra coffee machine in the breakfast room...Not a huge problem but watching the q did hinder my intake...jjonathanGroup
