It was clean, provided the bedding and towels provided. I would definitely recommend to others. The restaurant/ bar opposite was great and an added bonus.

We stayed on the house boat (repeat stay!) we were in town for a wedding and this was perfect for us and our two adult kids and their spouses to stay together without breaking the bank. We enjoyed the pool , fishing from the docks, and sitting in the picnic area. We rented a golf cart and were able to keep it in the side lot of the property. Staff was great. Highly Recommend this place!

The quality of the house boat room was high end. Beds were super comfortable. The locals around us were accommodating and lots of sea life to be seen at your doorstep. The pool area was idea for the kids. Simple but safely enclosed and fabulously sunny all day. There was a great little bar/ restaurant just around the corner, on the marina with the best fish tacos.
