Our cruise guide was very nice, polite, and helpful. The program was very well organised and we had the chance to visit nice places before the tourist crowds were arriving. Visiting Viet Hai village and fish farm was a nice surprise.

Very well organized cruise, from the booking, to pick up at our hotel, transfers to the boat and activities. Loved the super nice and friendly staff and loved that it was a smaller more personal cruise. They took us Kayaking among the amazing monoliths, had a party night, fishing from the boat, Taichi and bike riding to a village. All together a fantastic and very memorable time.

The cruise was simply amazing from a-z. Briefly after booking we got in touch with Sarah who arranged everything into detail: pick up, drop off,, dietary wishes everything was taken care of. The scenery during the cruise is hard to describe in words to do it justice. Also we have done a lot of nice activities and learned many new things. We got an upgrade for free, the room was quite large and simply amazing. We wished we stayed for one more night.

We booked the boat tour which was good value, the bus to Hanoi and scooter rental. They sent us a list of places to go on the scooter too. The breakfast is included and very good (they also have yogurt and muesli, which was a plus for me!). Gem was very kind and helpful with the organisation of activities. The owner (Dai) is super helpful and even arranged our boat tour and bus to our next destination. The property offered the use of motorbikes (for a small fee) to get around the Island. This family run resort is very welcoming and relaxing! A massive thank you to Henry also who was very helpful and kind and made our stay even better! Would highly recommend this place to others! Breakfast was good: we were offered option when we checked in and w got what we chose. We booked our boat trip at the reception. Hanna was very kind and helped us for this and also provided tips. The room does not have a safe but they offer the one at the reception if you would like to leave valuables.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice and clean. You can also eat in their own restaurant, food is nice and prices are fair. The breakfast is very good, and you have choices.
