All Seasons Houseboats
Mildura
Located in Mildura in the Victoria region, All Seasons Houseboats provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. This boat offers water sports facilities, a spa and wellness centre, as well as barbecue facilities. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent, which continued right until the end of our booking. This was an excellent experience all around - we couldn’t fault it. We booked the cheapest vessel for 3 nights, not knowing if we’d enjoy this, as we are not sailers by any stretch. On first inspection there were a couple of surfaces that looked a bit ‘patched’ but nothing that would impact our trip (a bit of plaster inside repainted roughly). The important things - dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, DVD players and TVs, an abundance of towels, clean linen with lots of blankets, split system, pre-heated spa, one-to-one instructions and some encouragement from their staff - all made this one of the most enjoyable family holidays we have ever had (with teenagers!). We will be back!!!

I would stay here again in a heart beat. In fact I am as I write this. The location is just so good and I can't think of anywhere else I have stayed where I can watch trains, rowers, power boats, trams, cars and pedestrians all at the same time. Did I mention watching the gas lights going off in South Bank. A little dated but loved everything about this accomodation.

Resort is at a great location and offers a three bedroom cabin which is sometimes rare at a resort or caravan park. Boat ramp to lake is next door and Dam is a couple of minutes drive or walk as well. With some minor updates this can be an excellent choice for area.

Great location. We attended a memorial service for family member at the Royal Yacht Club. Parking was hit and miss for both accommodation and event but luckily it worked okay for us. Great pub across the road from Simmers. Good pub grub too. Many food choices close by. Simmers provides quiet (barely hear street traffic or other guests), clean accommodation and big space for a night in.

Old school style, but with so much history. Plenty of everything. Great location, close to the Bowls Club, food shopping and the main street, not a bad layout either, secure parking in the back yard for the car and a space to put the boat in. Street was quiet enough.

We arrived at night and didn't realise that the clockmakers cabin where we stayed is right on Murray. The sunrise was spectacular, like being on a houseboat. A couple of friendly cookaburras, ducks and doves and the amazing lagoon style swimming pool. Unforgettable!

Location is great as we were sailing in a regatta held next door at the Royal Yacht Club of Victoria View looking out over the moored boats is wonderful and a lovely park opposite. Bed is comfortable and bedroom had good lighting.

The River Boat Hotel was in the centre of town, clean and well presented. The owner was very helpful with finding good food places to have dinner. The process of checking in and out was very easy.
