Friendly staff. Property owner do a presentation about Ubatuba every morning, with tips about places to visit and also offer a speed boat tour for a fair price. Property owner was also flexible with late check out for a fair extra fee.

The relaxed chilled atmosphere, old school surfers vibe. Rooms are clean with everything you need. Lots of eating options in walking distance. A unique way to walk to the beach either wadding or boat ride across the creek. More upmarket options for food etc on the other side of the creek. Owners very warm and welcoming. Son speaks English.

Absolutely beautiful hotel - super clean, so comfortable, staff were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. Felt like a proper tropical paradise on the Island. A great location a few minutes taxi ride from the main towns. Superb views, and we loved the dock/jetty - we got a private boat tour and they were able to drop us off right at the hotel. Room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, and we never struggled to get a table or a lounger by the pool on or on the beach. Felt quiet, private and romantic.

The landscape view is gorgeous! Direct access to the lake, kayaks available, a lot of nature contact and the best of all: there is no TV! This is great to chill out from media and focus on what is unique there! But, if necessary, there is a great Wi-Fi available. We used bakery deliver, but there were other services listed like boat tour, wake board renting, among others. The property is very secure, there is a gate closed neighborhood with private security patrol both from the streets and lake sides.
