Great location and hotel is Swiss Cottage style. Nice buffet breakfast at extra cost of 20 Swiss francs Hotel provided voucher for free local travel on buses, tram, and taxi boats

The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and spoke English. The room are modern, clean and have amenities. When I enquired about the tram the staff gave me a travel pass to use all trams, buses, trains and boats for free. The hotel was close to the airport but you didn’t hear any planes.

The staff was outstanding, the were courteous and very helpful. They made us feel as part of the Warwick family. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We had a marvelous experience. By the way, the location is great, right across the Central Train Station. We used the trains to visit Lausanne, and to travel to Milan, Italy which is only four hours away. One can walk to Lake Geneva, five blocks away and see the water jet, and catch boats to go across the lake. We highly recommend Hotel Warwick.

The view is just beautiful and can be compared to the one of the top hotels. Everything in the hotel was just as expected and the check was very smooth, thanks to the information sent before. On too of that, the hotel provided us a City Public Transport card in advance. Ask for it! It is valid for the trains (evem from the airport), trams or even the boats on the Geneva Lake... Amazing!

All staff is extremely professional and friendly; reception is welcoming and informative, you also get a free ticket to ride trams, buses, and lake boats because you paid the city tax. Room is comfortable, especially the bed; window facing the city but we heard no traffic at night, such a calm location even if it is so close to the center. There are a lot of great restaurants just around the corner!

Excellent location and city passes included for bus and boat transportation. Reception staff provided above and beyond service. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. Loved everything, would definitely stay here again.

Big and comfortable bed, big windows. Not so noisy even if the central station was nearby. The bathroom was clean. Friendly staff. Free tickets for bus/train/boat in the city and discount for the parking lot across the hotel.

Great breakfast, the facilities are top notch but there is not much around the property. There is a boat that takes you into the center of Geneva.

Excellent staff and welcome. Comfortable rooms in botique-style hotel, easy access to train station, excellent location near to the Lake, everything is walkable, free passes for the boats, train, public transportation, clean and comfortable rooms.
