The Spacious room, the temperature of the room was just right as i was recovering from a bad flu, i dint feel like the room was too cold... Definately the comfort of the bed and pillows and duvet made us extend our stay another night.... we had a very good night sleep.. The morning view of the river was very calming yet looking at the activities of the boats moving along allowed for a early morning conversation.

It's located at the heart of the city, restaurants and convenience stores are just a walking distance. Grab is also easy to get, and the small boat 'sampan' is also always on standby if you want to go to the other side of the river to enjoy the local food and 'kuih lapis' for a cheaper price. And the view at night is really nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay, everything is clean, the place itself is safe, it's comfy and very spacious, and the host is very clear with the information on how to check into the premise.

The host! Pakcik is a super host, Friendly , very helpful n well versed in Bahasa as well as English . Nice kampong house. n has easy access to the riverfront by boat.

Host was very friendly and accomodating. He let us have a very late checkout and brought us some local snacks. Area was quiet bet perfectly situated near boat to other side of the river

I loved the spectacular view and watching boats ferry people and cargo up and down the river. Tony was responsive, patient and polite to my many queries during the duration of my stay. They even had a cot and toys for small children. While the location is at the edge of the main city hub, you won’t starve because there’s lots of restaurants and smaller eateries and convenient stores nearby.

The owner greeted us with open arms and could not do enough to assist us with any needs we may have needed. He lent a bicial to me so that I could ride to the local pharmacy to get medication. The room is basic but all in all it has everything needed for a budget stay. The city is on the otherside of the river, so you need to catch a river boat across. cost 1RP per person. stops at 6 PM.

The resort is lovely, you are literally in the rainforest which is very relaxing & we loved spotting the wild monkeys! There are plenty of things to do around the area. We went on a few boat trips provided by the resort and they were great, we saw dolphins, firefly’s, crocodiles and monkeys🐒 The staff were so helpful and friendly & everything was clean. I’d defo stay here again.

Matnor is an excellent host and is happy to help you in anyway he can. We enjoyed staying in the Malay Kampong as an alternative to the City Centre. People were friendly and an easy boat ride across the Sarawak River to the centre. Highly recommend. Andrew and Kerry

It is at the waterfront, located in the centre itself. You can have a boat ride to cross the river. There are many restaurants around. You can also walk around the waterfront. it’s pretty nice. The staff are really nice and helpful. Wifi was pretty good. There is 711 store open 24/7 next to the hotel just in case.
