free coffee + water … Allyssa (sp?) was super friendly + attentive. The AC in my room wasn’t working when I checked in but she brought a floor fan immediately (in addition to the ceiling fan) and asked sincerely if that would suffice. Offered to move me to a room with working AC the next day. I declined. My room was fine. wifi router problems occurred a few days into my stay and a technician was brought in to fix the problem. Also not a concern as wifi worked on the ground floor. These are problems that can occur anywhere in any hotel, anytime. Her desire to fix them without being promoted is a testament to the importance of the comport of her guests. Triny might not be a destination everyone seeks out but it is the closest stay to Rio Mamoré and if that’s in one’s travel plans, you won’t find better care, attention and friendliness than this property. I won’t forget my stay at Hotel Glamour and was sad to say goodbye. ps. Alyssa brought me a refreshing coco frio (gratis) when she noticed me lounging around the lobby. Stored my luggage the day I checked out for as long as I liked. I regret not trying harder to pay my bill in USD (her preference) There are banks in Triny that are compliant with my US cards - I just didn’t find any the first day. I did later in my stay after I had already paid the bill.
