Everything was perfect! The apartment was great, in a quiet area and close to the pedestrian street and the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed in case you wanted to cook anything, big balcony, comfortable mattress, clean bathroom. Dali and Zuela are absolutely amazing, they arranged a taxi from us from the airport so everything went smooth. They are always there to help you with whatever you need - be it the accommodation, booking trips for you, or telling you how to find your way around the island. On top of that, when my husband got (slightly) bitten by a dog, Dali went above and beyond to find us a clinic that was open and we are grateful for that! She even helped us with other stuff after we moved to another hotel, which wasn’t her job anymore, but being the nice person that she is, she did that too. Our only regret is that we didn’t spend the whole holiday there!

The apartment was in a excellent location , close to pier , beach ,promenade , shops and restaurants , all a 10 minute walk . Antonio was a excellent host . Marion and i would definitely stay at this apartment if we were to return . We had seen other apartments but this was the best due to location , cleanliness . We had the double room apartment # 1A with a small balcony .

Spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the ocean located right in the heart of Santa Maria, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 1 to 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment has a bottle of water, towels, very comfortable matress, beach towels(!), all necessary kitchen utensils, and a new air conditioner. The apartment has good windows that block out most of the street noise, you just need to close them. The transfer from and to the airport was excellent and I also had a private tour of the island with the driver Jaime..

Had a perfect stay. The host Zuela met us in person and shared some tips about the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious and had everything we could need (kitchen, fridge, washing machine, microwave, safe, ...). The building has extra security on the ground floor. The beach was very close (less than 10 minutes by walking). Getting to the center of Santa Maria was easy too (15-20 minutes by walking).

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach but also on a street that’s not too busy. Had everything we wanted for our stay. Staff were very pleasant and we felt safe. Would highly recommend.

We had the top floor, it was amazing! This Villa is rigth in centrum with every thing close by! The Villa have security guards on both side of the house, so them thiefs dont have a chance! Super safe! You walk in your bikini, and 2 meters outside you touch the beach sand under your feet! I fall in love with Capo Verde and this place🙏 ❤️🩹❤️🩹

We were very happy to be in the authentic local environment, and just far enough from the tourist-only area, but still enjoy the leasure and comfort. Private pool on the roof is perfect, and it offers a view to the whole vibrant village. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Beaches are beautiful too.

There is a nice swimming pool in front which we enjoyed every day. The owner does do his upper best to give good service. We had good contact via whatsapp and all issues where settled very fast. A tip for the owner is to make a small booklet with house rules and guidance on equipment etc, and with some touristic information (what are the possibilities to have diner close by, tips on transportation, how/where to hire a car).
