Finisterre is beautifully located just a short walk away from the in my opinion most beautiful beach on the island, playa Kalki. Playa grandi, the Beach with the best chances to spot a turtle is just around the corner. I stayed here with my girlfriend but the house is large enough to bring your entire family and friends. Jelle is a super nice person who’s very quick to respond. You immediately feel at home and the kitchen and BBQ is superb. You have everything you need and it is equipped with all the necessary basics such as salt, oil etc. there is also a roof for your car which is nice because the car won’t get hot this way. If you are wondering if westpunt is a good location I can only say: yes! It might be a little further away from busy Willemstad but if you want to explore the nature of the island and different beaches everyday then Finisterre is located perfectly. I can only recommend Villa finisterre and we can’t wait to come back!

A very good location just opposite the beach (Kalki, a beautiful small beach, good for snorkelling and lovely sunsets, with a diving centre as well), calm yet not isolated area, within short distance (by car) several perfect beaches/spots for snorkelling, served us well as the basis for the 16 days stay on the island (Willemstad is reachable by car in 45 minutes). Safe place, good if you travel with kids (we had our 2,5 y.o. son) as well as without them. Nice and helpfull owner and staff. Good value for money. Can definitely recommend.
