Everything was as stated in the description and images, the host was very very kind and helpful, he helped us with ATV rentals and airport taxi, recommended exceptional restaurants and was always there fast to help us when we needed him. The apartment does not have its own pool, but the surrounding apartments have a common pool which you can access. I think this is much better than a private one because you can meet more wonderful people and you have a bar too.

There is no reception. Instead, the owner will contact you via WhatsApp on the day of arrival with clear instructions on how to check-in. I had no problem getting in. Apartment was clean and the complimentary fruit plate was a nice touch! The apartment is located at a walking distance to the Aiya Napa Monastery. Therefore, the bus stop for the airport shuttle, restaurants and the party hub is close by. However, it’s far enough from the said nightlife venues to have a quiet night sleep. There is a small grocery store right next to the apartment which is very convenient.

The location is perfect. The property is between the beach and all bars and restaurants, it's close to everything. 1 minute away is my favorite restaurant Wagamama, but you can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel. And you have a nice swimming pool with a bar in the hotel next door, that works with this aparthotel and you can use it. The room was clean, and the staff was kind.

Very helpful and nice owner Maria. I arrived to the property at around noon, so Maria kindly suggested to leave my bags at the property. As a nice gesture there was a bowl with fruit and water in the room. If you have any questions - ask Maria, she’ll kindly answer them and give you some tips where to go and what to do. The location of the apartments is perfect: 10 min walking to the beach, bus stop is like 3 min walking, all the necessary shops are nearby. Even though the bars are VERY close, you don’t hear music and stuff ;)

Antonis was a very good host. As soon as we arrived he sent us recommendations for all the best places to visit and best places to eat. The apartment was very clean, and it was cleaned every other day. We also got a really nice present at the end of our stay. The apartment was right in the centre but we didn't hear any noise. The host gave us a quieter room because he had one available. I wish them all the best in the future.

The representative was on time with the check-in and check-out. The Luxel Team was always available via What's App and very friendly.
