This hotel was very beautiful, in a beautiful old building with great historic features. But our room was modern and cozy, not old-fashioned at all, with floor heating for toasty feet. It was also maybe the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They also made late check-in very easy. If I were ever in Cochem again, I would stay here for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The apartment was cozy and had everything I could possibly need. The bed was super comfortable! The location is on the other side of the river, but it’s a short, lovely walk to all things in the old town. It was a wonderful place to retire after long days of hiking. I cannot say what I have liked most. I wish I could stay longer. Peaceful environment, great quality of the house both inside and outside, private safe garage. The fact that this house is located 2 km form the centre is its advantage, as it is quite but yet everything is reachable on foot. No to forget wonderful wines from Ewald Zenzen, one bottle is served to guetss as hosts's welcome.

The property was spotless and very comfortable. The living room was large as was the bathroom and all the bedrooms were a comfortable size. Our hosts were wonderful. We opted to go out for coffee each more even though options were available because there was a nice bakery nearby. Numerous restaurants were all a very short walking distance.

Great room with a small kitchen that had everything we needed including towels, soap etc which we forgot to bring. Nice sized bathroom and a great bed. Everything was very clean. The hotel really lies at walking distance from the centre so you can do everything on foot.
