location was great as our son and family live up the hill this year. Laundry facilities are great but machines need instructions in English. Housekeeper helped me and I was able to clean our clothes. The apartment was great, but not romantic! Seems odd to ask that.

When the room was cold (the heating system didn’t work properly), I called the owner of the apartment and they brought me a portable battery, which was a good idea. But after 5-6 hours the room heated up from the main heating. Thanks for the fast support and excellent service!

We took a tram from the main train station than a bus that stops in front of the hotel main entrance. Very good! The hotel is too close to Kappel and other small villages, all connceted via the same bus we took to reach the hotel (line 17). These villages are soooo beautiful. The room is spacious, so was the bathroom.

It’s really quiet and comfy, the road in front is not busy and so is the neighborhood. There many shops and you can reach a big supermarket in about 8 mins walk (it’s worth it, by the way). The owner was really nice and gave me a bigger room even though I paied for a smaller one. Everything was super clean. They also put a small candy pack on the bed as a “welcome” gift, lovely!
