The apartment is 2 tram rides away from the main station. After we arrived, a nice lady gave us the keys and told us where our bathroom is etc. There were no complications with the staff whatsoever. On our last night new tenants arrived. They smoked in the bathroom and left a very dirty kitchen behind. After I reported it to the lady, who gave us the keys, she answered within 10 minutes (even though it was midnight) and told us to report, if anything further happens. On the next day, she told these tenants to leave and immediately cleaned everything.

This was one of the better properties that we have stayed at. We were allowed to check-in early, which saved us having to store our bags at the train station. We got several good suggestions about things to do in Ulm from the property staff. The restaurant recommendations were great. There was a close park at which the kids could play. The property is close to the train station, city center, and public transportation. There were two balconies, one of which was setup for sitting out on an eating/having a drink.

It was very bright and welcoming. Clean to the spot and silent rooms. Location is awesome in city center old town, everything is jsut around the corner.
