We loved our stay at this wonderful place! The house is super clean and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing and cozy vibe, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Location was good for tiny Las Galeras. Must have a car or be calling a ride, tho, for anything because the restaurant is off limits. That was in the listing, so be prepared. Nice little beach nearby. Pool was cool and clean. Elin who got us set up with key, wifi, info and a leak/repair was great and communicative. Roomy place for 2 and it can sleep a few kids in beds in loft which we didn't even use. LOTS of beach towels (which we needed for a leak). Patio was large and we used it for breeze, to eat, to relax. Newer washer was a treat after 2 weeks on the road. Bed was comfortable.

He gave us plenty of information on what to visit and how to get to various sightseeing locations. The hotel is pretty close to the Las Galeras beach as well to the beautiful Playita beach. Next to the hotel there's a groceries store (if you like mango, watermelon). Whe the power went off in the village, luckily the property had its own generator as well as its own water pump. Rooms also had terraces with a nice view over the garden and pool.

It’s a very relaxing location, pool and with kind staff. Meals at Villa Serena nearby are a nice option for a view or if you desire additional diet options. The host is easily reachable and welcoming, fluent in various languages. Some Spanish or French is helpful in this area though you can get by without being practiced. I stayed here and in the area for nearly 3 weeks solo with no problems.
