Brilliant location and very clean. Lady who runs it is extremely helpful and really went out of her way to help us when we were stuck in land due to a train not arriving. She arranged a taxi pick up to take us to Murcia and then sent the bus timetables to get us there. Lovely place to stay, we really recommend! ☺️☺️

You know how they rate Michelin restaurants - 3 stars is worth a separate trip? I think if they made a separate Michelin guide for apartments this one is worth a separate trip. Even if Cartagena was not on your route, it most definitely should be. Designer space in a turn of century building with 20ft ceilings, smack in the middle of old town, made into this breathtaking loft, with phenomenal attention to detail ( from power outlets to shutters ) comfortable beds, prime location etc etc. On top of the actual facility you get a guardian angel of a host that navigates you ( literally) through the maze of old Cartagena streets, parking your big car, and making sure you and your family are ok at right around 11 pm when you got lost. This must be one of the best stays ever. Cannot recommend enough.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the beds very comfy. Everything you need is supplied. The kitchen is well equipped. Jaime our host was very welcoming and gave us names of incredible restaurants. We have since bought a holiday home in Spain and will definitely come back to the restaurants in Cartagena. As you are in the centre, it can be a bit noisy during the night, but this is the same in every city.

The property is in the countryside and you need your own transport. It is not a long walk into the village to the local bar which serves food and enough shops for everyday needs but we did not do this due to the wet weather during our stay.
