Lovely people, comfortable accommodation, lovely balcony area, gorgeous bathroom. The most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on. I hope to stay again soon. Lots of towels and bedding, all the facilities I required such as a hairdryer and iron.

The apartment had a luxurious feel, modern interior, everything felt new - looks better than on the pictures! Was really cozy to watch a movie on the big tv in the evening. It can get chilly up on the hill so it was nice to have the option to switch on the heating. There was a personal touch - small gift from the host, books laying around. Everything needed for cooking was there. The check in/check out was ideal - lock box. Would stay there again!

"la Finca" is a great place. The entire complex is absolutely idyllic. The garden is beautiful and spacious and invites you to stroll around. The pool was cold (we were here at the end of April) but we still had fun. The house is in very good shape and leaves nothing to be desired. The small details show how much the owners care. A lot of love was put into it. There was fresh fruit and fresh flowers. Everything you need is there and works perfectly. In the living room there is a pellet stove (it is a bit noisy, but you probahly won't need it in the summer) and also all rooms have heating. There is plenty of hot water. In addition, there is a complete kitchen outside (also with everything you could want) and a table + chairs for eating outside. The streets are a bit steep, you should be prepared for that (best to check the map before). The hosts live on the property, but due to the size of the complex you have absolute peace and quiet. Check-in and check-out worked excellently. All in all, absolutely lovely finca. I would definitely like to come here again.

This was the ultimate experience of the BEST customer service ever! You cannot find any nicer hosts than Bridget and Urbano. They took care of my husband (and me at the side) when my husband was taken to the hospital during the Christmas. How kind is that?! Also the spacious apartment was lovely, fresh and tastefully decorated. And spotlessly clean. Also the area was nice, even though it is a little outside the Orotava center. A real 10 / 10 experience. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Awsome communication with the owner. Everything went as it was agreed. Very easy parking right in front of the house. The flat was really spacious, nice and clean. Beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was equipped really well. Excellent restaurant nearby. It was a bit out of the main centers, but we appreciated it.

This is a great, roomy and clean apartment with all amenities, its own parking spot in the garage and even a supermarket downstairs. We were a bit doubtful about the frescos before we arrived, but they really work and provide a warm atmosphere. It was also very interesting to learn more about the painter Otazzo. The large botanical gardens are only a 10 min drive away and we had a wonderful visit. We were however surprised to learn that La Orotava has very much to offer by itself, all in walking distance from the apartment. A lot of history, beautiful buildings, a bustling old center, its own botanical garden and right next to it the gardens of the Marquesado de la Quinta Roja. And a great new visitor center to the Teide National Park that was like a free museum to us. The friendly reception by Alicia and the bottle of sidra for New Year's Eve were the cherry on the cake.

I highly recommend this apartment. Super hospitable and outgoing hosts. We had a late check in and the host waited for us. When we arrived we found fruits and a bottle of cava. They treated us every day with fresh home grown eggs and home grown avocado. The apartment has all necessary amenities. It is very lovely, cozy and perfectly clean. There is a nice pool were we spent a lot of time every day.

The villa is perfectly located in a small neighborhood and was an excelllent spot for us and our parents to relax at the pool, have dinner with a great view of the ocean and start excursions around Tenerife. Toby also invited us to his ecotourism project Buena Vista Rural Club in the west of Tenerife which we will hopefully visit again at some point in the future.

Kitchen ist well equipped so you can take care of yourself and the spacious dining and living room allow to spread out even in a bigger group of 6. Each bedroom has his own bathroom. Internet connection was fast and stable. The villa is in a small suburb of puerto de la cruz, halfway up the hill to la orotava, so it's quite a walk into town (~20 min) or to the next bus stop, therefore you need a rental car.SimonSolo traveller

It is located close to the highway. The equipment in the kitchen was more than sufficient. The view from the top floor is beautiful.The internet is of very good quality, the large TV in the master bedroom has Youtube, Netflix and others functionality. There is also a functional pool table.

There's a ground floor patio where we could sit out and eat in the evenings. The views from the roof top were wonderful - we could even see Mount Teide. The property is a little way out of the centre of the village, but the immediate area is so pretty, with lots of vineyards and allotments, and very quiet. We recommend eating at Bodegon Matias (check opening hours) which serves excellent traditional Canarian food and has good veggie/vegan options.
