Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.

We loved the balconie and few separate areas where you can just have quiet time. Villa was easy to find and easy accessible. I also liked the fact that in villa there was some cooking products like salt, pepper, oil,some basics.

The villa is a quiet place, situated in a calm area where you can easily reach Triana/Vegueta and Las Canteras. It feels like being at home as there are not so many room and the hostel provides you with all the things you need like the equipped kitchen. I really like the patio as well and the rooftop.
