Jose Mari is a great host, he recommended attractions and restaurants. This traditional house has excellent location, center of the island - you can reach all the attraction less than 30 minutes by car. We had big room, very comfortable bed, with bathroom and the possibility to use the kitchen what is fully equipped. The price does not include breakfast, but the house provides cereals, coffee, tea and cookies for free. We would definitely recommend it

Ysabella Villa is located in a quiet area uphill in Tias. It is easily reached by car but is good if you like to walk around as far away from the main tourist crowds. Ysabela has been taken care of us all the time and she has been absolutely a star. She was very discrete but present if we needed any information. She speaks several languages from Spanish, and French to Italian and English and we did not have any problems with communication. The pool is a bonus. and a little sun trap perfect to relax or enjoy breakfast in the courtyard but also a dinner al fresco or a cup of coffee. Tias is small but not far from any other big tourist village in Lanzarote, has everything from laundrette to restaurants and supermarkets for your needs during the stay. This place is highly recommended and we are already looking forward going back.

Absolute perfect choice if you like a place coming down from daily business and enjoy some great days. Complete private area. You enjoy the great view from the terrace from sun rise to sun down and even see the cost of Fuerteventura. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and everything was clean. If you have a car it´s a great place to be, w/o car it´s difficult to get to Puerto del Carmen or somewhere else. As we always have a car it´s no issue. If the pool would have a heating, it would be worth 11 points.

Beautiful views to the sea front , two fantastic local tapas restaurants and local large supermarket only a few minutes walk away . We loved the quiet location, but it was also so close to shops, cafes, restaurants & also a few minutes from bus stop. We also found some good track walks. The house has everything you could possibly require, very well equipped. we stayed for a month & had no issues. Also beautiful garden with different areas to enjoy. Will hopefully be back!!
