We spent a night here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Absolutely great place to stay. A lot of history around, which we enjoyed very much. Listening to Hurriganes LPs in the old home of a Finnish rock legend was a unique experience. Tuija and her daughter Helmi were perfect hosts.

This is a stunning little house in a quiet location overlooking the sea. The interiors are really beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. We loved the hot tub and sat on the balcony watching the geese flying past at sunset. There are lovely little touches such as bath ropes and slippers. The hosts are accommodating and generous. We would love to return soon!

The host Klaus was so kind and welcoming. He even picked me up from Porvoo bus station when he learned I'm coming by public transport and drove me back there when leaving (the property is a bit outside of the town). This little old fairytale house is one of the coziest and most charming places I have ever stayed at. Besides having everything needed, it significantly added to the overall experience of my trip.

Inside of the house looks much better than outside and near by other buildings. It's renovated, but still you can feel the spirit of traditional village life. There is a river, where you can swim, fish, row a boat or a paddle board. Donkeys near by are awesome and friendly. There is also a stable and you can see some horses. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Very tasty and plentiful breakfast.
