The property was very well maintained, clean with amenities like towels, bedding and a kitchen stocked cutlery to use. The view was exceptional and at midnight we could see the stars clearly and in the distance we sometime we saw small aeroplanes landing. Not to far away from Sandown town were you have the sandy beach and bars and restaurant. Highly recommend it, we will probably visit again.

It has decent sized bedrooms, two double where one has very large en-suite, and all nicely furnished and decorated. It has a large kitchen dinner and tiles/laminated floor throughout so easy to keep clean. It also has a very decent sized garden with patio area for the nicer weather and decent parking space too. Property had all towels and bedding and cleaning stuff so didn’t need to bring any of this with us which was really handy. The property is a short walk from the beach and very near some other lovely places to visit. There is a lot to do very near by. They also had a nice welcome gift of bottle of fizz and biscuits for our arrival which was a nice touch.

property was absolutely gorgeous! open and spacious and really close to all amenity’s you could ever need. four minute walk to a gorgeous pebble beach and just perfect to be honest! the owners were super helpful and lovely too everything was just gorgeous thank you so much

It is in a location we love, a stones throw from the beach and an easy walk to village pubs for food and drink. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

I would not consider the room we had to be a 'superior' king-size room, (we had enough room to walk around the outside of our bed.) However, it is a beautiful old building and the hotel rooms seem to be in the process of refurbishment. Our room was above the bar area, but it did not affect our sleep. Good tea/coffee making facilities with added biscuits & sweets. Breakfast was very nice - with a good range of choice on the menu. The location was ideal for us.
