Beautiful character cottage with wonderfully comfy beds in a stunningly beautiful part of the Devon countryside. The living room has a lovely wood stove but the central heating is really good so it’s more for atmosphere than heat. Kitchen very well equipped. Two nice bathrooms, one en-suite. Very easy key-pick up.

Amazing property, much bigger than it seemed in the photos, clean and fresh with a wonderful homely kitchen, massive comfy couch, lovely comfy beds, great shower, thoughtful touches like spare toiletries, incredibly helpful, friendly hosts who baked us a cake and left cookies 🥹 friendly farm dog who knew not to come inside but came to the doorway and lay there looking very cute. Not far from lovely market villages with some great little shops or a co-op nearby. Beautiful light location with Dartmoor easily accessible. It was exactly the oasis of peace and calm that we so needed. Thanks for facilitating a wonderful weekend for us.

Starting with a warm welcome, freshly baked cakes and a very comfortable home, it is evident that the hosts put a lot of passion in running the cottages. It is a true home-from-home, with so much detail provided, ensuring that you can relax. We loved the location, and would definitely return, as well as highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind. It is ideally located for exploring Dartmoor as well as Cornwall, with great hikes right on the doorstep. Cottage is large and spacious, tastefully decorated giving a modern country cottage feeling.
