Centrally located to so much! Within walking distance of the ScotRail, the grocery store and other conveniences, walkable neighborhoods. The living space was great for us, very clean, all the amenities we needed, bed was comfortable, shower hot with great water pressure. A great, private parking space off the road. And our hosts were amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Just a 5min drive (or short walk and 15min bus ride) to the train station to get into Edinburgh. Nice, friendly host. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Edinburgh/Falkirk/Stirling.

It is about 8 minutes away from Falkirk, but an easy drive. I loved the quiet location...very peaceful. And I liked how the cows mooed us awake every morning! Really enjoyed the outdoor seating and the very modern kitchen with the clothes washer. Hot water and water pressure were excellent, obviously a lot of thought has gone into this place. Also, the Welcome Packet was very useful and thorough.

It is roomy, nicely appointed and well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable and the location, whilst close to local amenities, is very quiet. This is one a the few places where I get a good night's sleep. Communication with Kerry and Alan is excellent, collecting the keys could not be simpler.
