This was our 4th visit, which says it all !! Excellent location, fantastic views and beautifully decorated to the highest standard and immaculately clean inside. It has the added bonus of a parking. The new addition of a hot tub this year was the icing on the cake - absolutely perfect in every way ! Can’t wait to return.

Great spacey apartment, immaculately clean, very well equipped and only couple of minutes on foot from the center. Angela and Andrew were extremely helpful and even provided some food for the first evening. You have everything you need in the kitchen and even a washing machine in case you get muddy after walking on the beach. All in all perfect apartment for a short (or long) stay in Lyme.

Very easy to walk down the hill to the beach/front/crazy golf/etc. We did not need to drive anywhere once we had arrived, so could leave the car alone for the week unless we wanted to go much further afield! The owners were very good at communicating all of the information required and were very helpful and friendly. Brilliant holiday home!

All information for heating and wifi was to hand and easy to understand. Great holiday home, would return again.
