The roomy kitchen had everything you could need and the secure garden was delightful. In an excellent location just up from the beach. Off street parking space was a definite bonus.

We very much appreciated the warm welcome from our host, David. The room was beautiful and the whole house was very well appointed. The location was perfect to visit Nairn and we appreciated being able to park our car on the property. Everything we needed was at walking distance. The breakfasts were fabulous, and we enjoyed David's good humor and wonderful stories. He also gave use great directions for our morning run. We are glad we chose Tali Ayer for our stay in Nairn.

Unique serene setting just above the beach in Nairn. Beautifully kept grand house with rose garden and ocean view. Very welcoming staff, that helped us to book dinner reservation, served a wonderful breakfast and created a a relaxing atmosphere. Grand rooms and cosy bar and breakfast room. Will come again!

Nix and Ben were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and provide everything you could possibly need in the house, with lots of extra touches, making it a very special holiday home. It was magical watching the variety of birds feeding around the Steading and see the occasional visit from a red squirrel. Highly recommended!
