It had all the comfort you needed for cooking a dinner, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. Outside, there are plenty of walking trials you can follow. The roads are at several places small, but that's the countryside for you!

They left a delicious loaf of sourdough from a local baker, fantastic local milk & butter, and on top of that a fresh baked pound cake on the counter. The hospitality was excellent. The bathroom and bedrooms were immaculate. It has just the perfect size common room & kitchen for vacation. The location is the best you'll find in Sherborne period. I loved my stay and I hope that when I'm drawn back to the city that the Yardhouse is available then.
