This was one of my favorite and one of the nicest guest houses that I stayed in while in Georgia. The property and the room were excellent and impeccably maintained. The host was very friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was over-the-top excellent – the best breakfast I have had in Georgia. A great location in a quiet area so a good night’s sleep is assured. About a 20-minute walk to the center of town so it is easy to get to the center of town if so desired. Impeccable guest house, with very friendly and helpful host. Excellent value with a great breakfast.

A big house with nice yard and cozy terrace - we enjoyed staying here. Rooms were clean, with all needed utilities and most important air conditioning. Hosts are super friendly and polite, made tasty breakfast, offered us delicious homemade wine and told a lot of interesting stories about the house, the city and overall Georgian culture. Location is also great: 10-15 mins from the railway station and 5-10 mins from Dadiani palace & Zugdidi Botanical Garden.
