Manager and staff are wonderfully welcoming and exceedingly helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, but shared taxi is cheap and easier to get to most places. And there's a convenience store right across the street that has most things you'll need. Easy access for wherever you want to go. Also, it's near the American and some other embassies so if the power cuts out it gets resolved faster than in some other areas. Very relaxing and it's easy to work, or go out and explore, or hit the beach. Whatever you like.
