It was our first stay at Ilaeira and it was a great experience. Lovely, friendly, helpful hosts. Spacious room with working AC and blackout curtains. Very quiet location that's 5 minutes away from main road and the beach. Dimitris picked us up from the airport and also drove us back at the end of our stay. They also gave us a map with their recommendations of what to see and where to eat on the island and they had no problem with giving us some additional kitchen equipment. The whole stay was lovely and we would definitely be back in the future :)

Theodora studio is very clean and comfortable. They clean it everyday, bedsheet is very clean, as clean as 5 stars hotel’s. Location is great, there are couples of good restaurants within 5 mins walking. Dennis is a kind and friendly owner, everything he recommended was useful. He is very kind, he even helped to feed a street kitten. Will recommend this studio to my friends who like to stay in Zante. Wish Dennis, his family, and the kitten all the best!

Absolutely everything! The location was great, right at the beach, we had everything we needed and more! The owner was great and really helpful. We initially wanted to stay just three nights and move around the island but in the end we came back because the place was just perfect. Very nice bathroom, great interiors, on our second stay we even got a room upgrade. If we are ever back to Zakynthos, we are definitely staying here again!

The place is perfectly located close enough to walk to everything but also far enough not to have to worry about all the noise on the main road. Everything is in walking distance: grocery stores, places to eat, the beach, pharmacy, mini golf course and so on. The host is very welcoming and will help with anything you ask without intruding. The bed rooms have AC units but we didn’t really use them at the begging of June as the weather at night was simply perfect.
