Just a short drive away from the old town and there was a supermarket within walking distance, just around the corner, with an ATM also. The villa itself was fantastic. It was well equipped, with everything we needed for the week, including all cooking facilities and utensils, a washing machine and clothes airer and extra pillows in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The pool was a huge bonus, especially with being heated and the children said this was the best part of the holiday.

There were lots of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a regular bus service to Rhodes town and a taxi is about €15 depending on the time. We also hired a car to see other parts of the island and there was a car space at the villa. The owners were delightful and very quick to help with whatever they were asked. I would be very happy to stay here again. Altogether a great holiday.
