This villa was exceptional. Very clean and had everything for our stay. AC to every room was bonus as was very hot. The lady running this is amazing. Very helpful and stayed in touch daily to make sure we was ok. Even baked us cake one day as we returned from a day out. So very thoughtful. Thankyou ince again.

Meltemi House is an absolute amazing place to stay if you are in Kos. It is located just 1 minute from a wonderful sandy beach which is perfect for families with kids. The apartment is super clean, cosy, has everything you need while on holiday, including even the washing machine and air condition in all rooms -- 4 (!!!) in total. Its also very fresh and the home furnishing is done in a way that its just nice to be there. A great place!!! Antoni is the best host you could have - he can support if you need in any question, tips for places to go, eat, anything. He met us at the airport and bring us back to the airport upon departure. And he is also a wonderful person, who is doing his utmost best to create a memorable holiday for you. He had wine and juices and water cooled in the fridge for us as a welcome treat and we'd definitely come back to this place again.

It is a lovely modern apartment and there is everything you need for your stay. The beach is literally 1 minute away and all the restaurants and bars are between 2 and 5 minutes away, and yet the apartment is very quiet at night. The host is very very friendly, she goes above and beyond to make the stay as nice as possible and is always approachable. She even left us a few little gifts, which was a very nice touch. Loved our stay there and will definitely come back!

Lovely, quiet, with a big garden, three terraces, clean, sunny and airy, nicely furnished, you´ll find everything you need for a great holiday. Very comfortable mattresses in both bedrooms, spacious open plan living room, a lot of storage places. It is maybe 15 min walking distance from Mastichari with restaurants, shops and a ferry to Kalymnos island, a big supermarket is only 10 min away. We´ll definitely come back!
