We loved everything, and I could easily say that this is one of the smartest apartments we've ever stayed in - functional, yet charming, very clean, with everything one might need. All of our rooms had their own exit to the sea-view-balcony. We stayed outside of the main tourist season, but I can tell that the available parking spot is a great advantage during the season. Nearby, there is a magical walkway through a forest park down to the sea. It could be good to know that we weren't here in the summer, but we could imagine going to the beach from here with no problem. We are usually explorers, and this is a great starting spot, but it was very rainy, and we didn't care because the view was great, and the apartment so comfortable and spacey - we didn't feel trapped at all. Two more things that were amazing: good heating system - that's like winning a lottery on Croatian coast; and plenty of kitchenware, including dishes. We absolutely loved it.

Wi-fi was very good (enough for me to work easily in Zoom). Very modern bathroom is equipped with a big and comfy shower cabin. And, what’s nice, there is a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The breakfasts were also very good! And staff is very helpful and friendly!

The view overlooking the beautiful olive grove, town of Moscenice, and the ocean is really spectacular. There's a lot of love put into every detail, from the wine leaves giving you shade on the terrace to the sun deck with outside shower. Even though the house feels very rural, the amenities are great: The bathroom is modern and clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need (even homemade olive oil, if you're lucky). The ideal place for a peaceful holiday.
