This beautiful guest house is run by a most lovely man. Bambang was an attentive host, speaks excellent English, and is always willing to help out with whatever you might need. The house has various sitting areas inside and out, a koi pond, and is on a quiet lane just off a main street with shops, restaurants, etc. A huge and delicious Indonesian breakfast is provided (and is different every day!), plus there are free 24 hour snacks and drinks. Also we hired an English speaking guide and driver to take us to our next stay at Borobudur for a very reasonable price. He lives right next door.

The best place I have ever stayed. The room is super clean. Cleaner than my own house. The building is very beautiful, as well as the decoration inside. Staff are really nice and helpful; I saw some comment of whom stayed here before said that they not really speak english, but they are good at it, they speak english, at least we understand each other 😁. The breakfast is not vary. But it is enough; there are choices of continental breakfast and vegan option, fresh juice and fresh fruits. You can also mix. This place might far for the centre but it is walkable to Jl. Prawirotaman and Jl. Parangtritis where you can find a lot of good place to eat. We walked; it took us almost half an hour 🤣There are also a local night market 2 min walk. The gate will be lock at 11pm, if you are going to be late at night, you need to let them know before you leave. The door to the building is always locked, just knock the door they will be right there 😁 Please see the pictures. This place is worth every rupaih I have paid for.

Everything was perfect and way beyond my expectations. The place is beautiful with a lot of attention to detail, it is very well taken care off, and everything is perfectly clean. I loved the common spaces/garden, everything is full of plants which makes it feel like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Also the breakfast is delicious, every day there are two different options (sweet and Indonesian) to choose from - plus a bowl full of fruits.The best part, however, are the people working there. Every single person always has a smile on their face and is helpful beyond anything I have ever seen in any accommodation. They would do anything to help their guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. It felt like a little family for a few days 🙂 Thanks again for a everything - I wish I could have stayed longer but will definitely be back!

We enjoyed everything there. It is a lovely cozy oasis in the busy busting Yogyakarta. The highlights are the deco and the super nice staffs there. I received a lot of help and guidance from the staffs there. Will come back again for sure!

Lush tropical gardens with lots of nooks and crannies to kick back and relax. The room was gorgeous, a veritable work of art but without sacrificing comfort. The bathroom was spacious with high-pressure, hot water. The pool was deep and cool, perfect after cycling around the village on a complementary bicycle! Lots to see and do here - cooking class, Batik class, Yoga. Plenty of books in European languages if you feel like doing nothing.

It is slightly out of the city centre in a quaint village, with rice paddies around. I liked having the exposure to the local life, with being a quick scooter ride away from the city centre. It was a beautiful homestay with plants and lovely furniture and my room was so nice I extended my time there. The owner Hardi is also very friendly. Highly recommend, will be back again if I'm ever in Jogja!
