This house and property are absolutely outstanding. We loved it. Comfortable, well appointed, stunning location and exactly the right place for a week's break. Loads of parking, beautiful gardens, a stream running through it even. Private and just perfect.

Was a unique experience being able to spend a couple nights in an old (historic?) cottage. Wifi is available only in close proximity to the homeowner adjacent. Very, very private and quiet.

The location was absolutely idyllic, truly sublime. Tranquil, beautiful, rich greenery with stunning stone walls, the whole place was pristine, with a lovely, relaxing feel about it. Thomas,the host, made us feel extremely welcome, he was fantastic. A credit to you Thomas and a huge THANK YOU 🤣🤣🤣 The only improvement could be a separate toilet, this wasn’t an issue during our stay as it was very quiet, but if it was busy it may pose an issue. Hot water would have been a bonus.

The property was well equipped and fully functional. The hostess was lovely with great instructions on where to find the keys and there was plenty of information on house etiquette. All three beds were very comfortable and cosy. An excellent place for a three day holiday. We loved that the house was sign posted.

Nearby is a sandy river beach with life guards on duty and you can cross a beautiful old bridge to reach the other side of the river -parking is available and free of charge

Plenty of choice of activities like parks and golf courses. Brandon View has great mountain scenery of its own as well. Rooms are tidy and clean with WiFi and TV. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Beautiful surrounding scenery, Fabulous breakfast. Lovely lounge area with tea and coffee facilities. Very quiet surrounds which means you have to drive to a nearby village for an evening meal ( around 10 minutes) but not an issue and there are some good restaurants( Waterside was particularly good) and pubs in Graiguenamangh. In summary, a very pleasing place to stay.

Breakfast and lunch options were plentiful and delicious. Doesn't serve dinner late into the evening though so need to plan ahead for evening meals. Located beside the river which is a hive of activity during the summer when we were there. The village itself is set in a beautiful valley alongside the river and Brandon Hill.
