Everything about this stay is soo satisfactory, the owner and staff were very humble and welcoming, room and bathroom was very neat and tidy, room service on right time and breakfast was exceptional, everything was homemade and freshly cooked. Its beautiful brand new place with Ac and even Generator on property as it helped a lot during power cuts . Bed was so comfortable. Room was with balcony and super clean. Owner arranged rent a car on extra payment. It was very nice of him . He was always a call away . I travelled with my 6 yr old son and it's very safe for single girls and women. Grocery and restaurant 200 metres away . Very nice locality. Thankx .

We had a wonderful stay in this small and peaceful hotel 5 minutes from Anjuna Beach. The Wednesday flea market is 10 minutes on foot. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the common areas were cozy and well kept. The staff was lovely and was eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible

The guesthouse is in an incredible location with the best Cafe (Baluz cafe) right next door. Super quiet area away from all of the hustle and bustle, makes for a peaceful night of rest.
