My son and I arrived at Bloomfield and we loved our stay there. It is much better than staying in town. The centre of Darjeeling is very noisy and Polluted. Bloomfield is only 15 minutes to the centre but its a different world. Its full of flowers with clean fresh air and a wonderful view of Kanchengjunga. We had a room with view over mountains and the staff were the nicest I have ever met in any hotel. They were so kind even bringing food to our balcony. They light a bonfire every night so you can sit outside in the nature. The grow organic vegetable on site and serve them in their home cooked meals. A wonderful experience.

To be really honest ..I would fall short of words if I start narrating my experience of this property ...too good ...felt home ...personalised hospitality from the time we check in until we left...I would recommend all those who would want to feel home on your vacation please visit Peace valley in Victoria Road.Don't go outside in search of good food because the home kitchen serves best of Food ...must try their Aloo dam in the morning breakfast..infact all the meals they served was very edible.

The above sentence shouldn't deter you from booking this place as it would give you the perfect view of kanchenjenga and the location is beautiful surrounded by a monastery, beautiful village,pets,flowers and it's just like a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Darjelling. Lata didi and her husband were very warm and took care of all our needs.The food was delicious and our Christmas was indeed in a winter wonderland.

We loved it here! Not only was it the most comfortable and clean place we stayed in India . But the best part was Samir and his family they are so kind they took care of everything. The views from the terrace are beautiful and the food they cook is delicious. Such wonderful people, you should definitely stay here :)
