We loved this accommodation and the view was spectacular! The directions provided were detailed and it was still a little tricky but we found it. Everything you would need to cook is there and acess to laundry with detergent supplied. It is a contactless accommodation and the host Roberta was very helpful through whatsapp.

We are so pleased to stay at this place. Paula and her mum were very friendly and helped us in everything. Its a perfect place to stay with small children, the playground is just opposite the flat. There are chickens nearby where child can feed. And a nice little terrace outside. It's a paradiso:) stuning view from the window. I hope to come back again.

It is a pleasant 5/10 minute stroll into the village centre or the lakeside that can be done all off road on the lovely cobbled walkways that connect different parts of the village. The appartment is spacious, light, modern and clean with a balcony that runs around two sides.

The location of Bellano was more quiet and local (we liked being away from all the tourist stuff) but train and ferry to the other cities/towns were walking distance. Amazing view with loads of breakfast options in the morning, nice garden, longue chairs to relax in, a hot tub, private beach, you can rent kayaks. He showed us the quickest way to walk to the town and bus times, etc. The house is at the top of the hill, 12 minute walk down, and a 20 to 30 minute walk up depending on fitness levels. The view from the top by the accommodation is fantastic. Enzo gave us a complimentary bottle of water each, and you can help yourself to tea and coffee. There is also a fridge to use. Small hotel with beautiful details and historic rooms with good decorations. Warm welcome - also with icecold prosecco in the room. Good breakfast - which can also be enjoyed on the terrace. Secured parking available for a charge. The villa is the perfect starting point for excursions on and round Lake Como area as it is in walking distance to Bellano port. Special thanks to Angelo, he is a great host and made everything for us to have a memorable stay.
