The location of the house was ideal in all aspects and it was a perfect getaway for family/friends. The facilities were top notch with a very responsive host. Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.

It also had a nice garden pool. The breakfast had variety , but the same breakfast items everyday. Good hot water. I recommend this hotel

There is a local store five minutes walk away and a ferry terminal two minutes away. A great base for a week exploring towns on the lake. If you like walking the Lake Como greenway start is easily reached via a C10 bus and there are other routes through charming small villages on the West of the lake. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Royal Cadenabbia. We can also highly recommend the restaurant Belle Ile on the ground floor.EricYoung couple
