Check in was easy. I liked that there was a lock box and the pictures to describe where to park and how to get in. Free parking was a bonus. Outstanding views, especially up on the second level. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have a market so close. Very light and bright and clean. Much quieter side of the lake despite the road. Good walking paths in both directions.

Vittorio is a great host. From the very start (booking) to arrival and during our stay it was very easy to communicate. Vittorio was always ready to help. Upon arrival we got a very detailed introduction to the area and its main attractions, all the recommendations we got for food, visiting places, parking, etc. were great and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has everything you need. It is all new and all items there are very stylish. The views from the windows and from the terrace are gorgeous. Each morning we were finding on our fence a bag with tasty "welcome croissants". The location of the apartment is just great: you feel to be close to all the excitement of Lake Como and at the same time you see the mountains with a beautiful church up there; the minimart store is just two minute walk on a quiet street - and it has all the tasty foods you wish. Two minute walk downhill - you are at the lake, at the bus stop, at the ferry terminal, at the beach and at the start of a Greenway - a picturesque passage along the lake via the towns surrounding the lake. It was just a great stay and we all dream to be back.

Our room was spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. You have a minibar in the room. Room was very clean. There are slippers and pool towels also in the room. Breakfast was sufficient and staff at the breakfast was very friendly. Parking is free of charge. Bar terrace is spectacular. It is situated on the top floor with breathtaking views of the lake, mountains and other villages. There was even a girl who played the harp.

Heated pool is a huge plus, also when traveling with children, in April it was very comfortable. Private parking at the backyard. Very good breakfast in the restaurant at the top floor with nice lake view (however we stayed only two days, I can’t comment on variety of meals over time). Rooms are clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful.

The host Andrea was super friendly explaining us everything and gave recommendations for the area. There is a very delicious restaurant just downstairs in the villa. We had 3 times dinner the and it was always excellent. The apartment is very stylish and the kitchen has everything needed. Just the street is a bit noisy if you like open windows. But we knew this before so no problemo and it’s the location that you are directly on the lake 😉
