Owners where were nice and helpful. They help us almost instantly when we needed something (like restaurant reservation, recommendation where to buy local fruits and vegetables etc). They even offered us home made cake :-) Apartment was cozy, super clean, with nice garden and close to two beaches. I can only recommend.

We had a perfect short vacation in the off season period! The house is small, but the covered terrase is very spaceous and it counts as a living space (we spent half of the time on the terrase, even if it was the beginning of November). We extremely liked the big garden around the house with the fence, so we could leave our dog to sniff around. Owners are very friendly and they provide all the necessary small details that you need the first days, like coffee, sugar, salt ...

We spent a super week at this apartment hotel with my family of four adults.. Everything was perfect but we loved the terrace best with the fantastic view of the sea. The closest beach was 10-15-minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything. We wanted to stay longer - unfortunately had to leave but definitely want to go back again.

Greatest thing for us about this stay was how friendly and uncomplicated the owners are! Great communication (also in English!), always a reply within minutes, super easy to talk to, very helping and nice. Makes you feel so welcome! The apartment was very clean, had a great size, level of comfort (lifesaver AC 😁, very quiet, clean and efficient) and everything you need concerning interior. The location is amazing with about 10 min footwalk to the beach. Also a mini supermarket is within reach by foot. I've been coming to Lacona every year for over 20 years and in terms of where to stay, this place exceeded my expectations in the best way possible ❤️

The swimming pool is a nice add-on where you can chill a little bit after breakfast before going to one beach or visit. The location is good to visit almost all the island but it requires that you travel with your own car or that you rent a car or scooter. By foot, only 2 beaches are reasonably close. Public transportation is almost non-existent, except for the village of Capoliveri during summer.
