Everything!! Suzanna welcomed us with a warm smile, an espresso, and a treat at the reception desk as she checked us in. It was a cool day and we had walked from the train. Her hospitality was greatly appreciated! She was so welcoming and informative! She thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room that was available for the night at no extra charge. So kind! Our room was charming with a view of the garden, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Suzanna explained that snacks were available in the breakfast area and we could help ourselves. We were tired from travel, so enjoyed tea, a roll w jam, and fruit. Happily satisfied! The BnB serves a complimentary, delicious breakfast, complete w served cappuccinos. We were set for a day of exploring. And the staff allowed us to leave our bags as we did so! Top this all off with an amazing location! We were happily just outside of Lucca’s wall, a 5 minute walk to the main entry to Old Town. This BnB gets an enthusiastic 10+ in my book!! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great location!! Right off napoleon plaza. We parked a short distance away. Short 10 minute easy walk. Very nice 2bedroom apartment. We were two couples and the apartment provided privacy for each couple. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. Very nice all around. Very responsive host.

Lovely little B&B, perfect for our short stay as we were passing nearby. The hosts welcomed us warmly, gave us great advice on where to have our dinner and went out of their way to ensure we would have something for breakfast as we were leaving early the next day. The B&B was clean and cosy as was our room. We got a good night sleep in the comfortable bed and got the rest we needed to continue our journey.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in Lucca. The flat was in a great location nearby the centre with some lovely restaurants a short walk away. The host was very accommodating, shared lots of information on things to do in Lucca. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The rooms were good in size, large garden outside with a barbecue, 6 chairs and a large table. The staff was great, from the moment we arrived until we left. They welcomed us with a smile, explained what is there to be done nearby and helped with restaurant reservations. There is a small supermarket nearby (closed on Sunday) - 3 minutes walk - where you can buy excellent local products - meats, cheeses, drinks etc.

The villa was well stocked with what you needed, 2 gorgeous doubles rooms and a room with 4 singles was great for us as 4 of the group were couples. We were met by the owner on day one and given a thorough guide to the place. The Garden and pool were really big and plenty seats to sit and sunbathe etc. Would highly recommend.

Francesco was extremely friendly and helpful, notwithstanding the fact we arrived quite late and made him wait for us.
