Excellent location! 15 mins walk from the Venezia Mestre train station & pretty close to most main bus routes. The hotel seems to be managing the apartments (and does it very well). Guests can use the hotel's main restaurant with a discount. The apartment was spacious, extra clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The shower is very modern. Good kitchen amenities (modern stove, a microwave, a teapot, etc). Would definitely recommend if you're a larger family and want to have space and relax. The rooms are pretty soundproof, too.

Laguna Blu is incredibly convenient, being situated very close to the bus stations. Clean, cozy, perfect for a family. The presence of a kettle for making hot water was particularly great for my father, who enjoys his morning tea. Additionally, the cool air conditioning provided a wonderful escape from the hot weather. Mrs. Boscolo, our host, was exceptionally kind and responsive. We encountered a minor issue, which she promptly resolved. Our time in Venice was truly enjoyable, highly recommended :)

I was expecting more of the apartment itself, plus we were asking for a high floor apartment, as it had the better pictures. We were driving to the Hospital train station, there is a large supermarket there as well, trains departing each 20 minutes on a workdays. Did not take the suggested one bus+Tram as suggested, as those are usually getting overcrowded.
