Located at only 10 min by foot from the Otranto center (2 min by car), our room was very spacious, flawlessly clean and with impeccable style, floors and walls felt high quality, huge beautiful bathroom with a waterfall style shower, towels and bed smelled so fresh, a large wardrobe with automatic lights, in a few words: every detail was thought through and it showed. The owners were very nice as well, very helpful and friendly! In a few words it was perfect and we would come back at any time! P.S the picture below is of the beautiful view of Otranto from the rooftop!

The breakfast was the best I've had in Puglia --yogurt, sliced meats, rolls and great capochino. The room had a balcony which overlooked an ancient building. There was also a heated towel rack which was very useful on the rainy day I was here. And totally unexpected, the room had mood lighting! Stephania and Frederick went out of their way to make me comfortable. Grazie!!

We loved the location walking distance to the centre of town and parking very close by. The whole property was really well designed and clean. The Owner Aldo and all his team were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing fresh figs from the garden and warm pastries , a selection of fruit juices and great coffee. The poor area was a huge bonus, very comfortable and spotless.

The tenuta is an amazing brand new hotel (the building is in traditional style but only one year old), located at only 5 min from Otranto, in a very quiet typical Salentino landscape, surrounded by olive trees. We got an unexpected upgrade to a beautiful, spacious apartment with a huge private garden (shower in the garden as well) , in fact all rooms had a private patio. The king size bed was of high quality, so comfortable and we also got 3 types of pillows to choose from. The apartment was spotless clean and the staff took very good care of us. We had a mini fridge, espresso machine, bluetooth stereo. There were big windows and excellent functioning air conditioning units in both of the rooms. The breakfast was excellent, very generous, composed by Italian cold cuts, cheese, fruits and several kinds of delicious pastries, juices, capuccino, caffe latte -etc. Francesco (the owner) was the best host , going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant; he has recommended some great restaurants in Otranto and also nearby (one of the best is at the masseria across the street) and gave us some good parking and sightseeing tips ( beaches and historical places ).

Location was perfect! Apartment had a wonderful location and view directly across from the beach / bay. Apartment was very modern and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen, bathroom, washer and large balcony with beach view. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Public parking and several supermarkets (Eurospin,Conad, & Dok) are within 5 minutes walking distance. Don't be afraid of getting out of town such as the small baroque town of Maglie which is highly recommended. Lecce is about 45 minutes away.
