We had one room with private bathroom and a small court with separate entrance that was as presented and expected. It was nice that each room had a place to dry the towels and other things used a the beach. The air conditioner was a blessing. There is a small shared garden that we could use for our dog but we were mostly at the dog beach or dog park that are close by. The breakfast was good with serveral options that you have to comunicate to the host the day before that was served in the garden. The cappucino was great. We had a designated place for parking and a key to the automatic gate that made the acess easy. There was a shared kichinette and one row of the fridge assigned to our room that we could use for simple cold meals and to make a cofee.

If you go to Toscany and love nature sites, make sure to visit Poggio ai Santi Hotel in San Vicenzo. It was the most wonderful experience!!! Francesca, the owner, has a very sophisticate taste, but somehow make sure that we feel like home. You can feel her love in every detail, especially in the gardens. Her staff took care of us in a way that “fed my soul”, and my body, with a “five star restaurant” where I had the best fish ever! Eva, Daniella (fluent in Portuguese) treated us like part of their families, helping us in every possible way. Andreas (part of the bar staff) prepared the most delicious cheeses samples for we taste with the regional wine. Our favorite: “Big Truffle”, just delicious. We really want say thank you for all the care and love, from all staff, even from Iris, Francesca personal dog, that came to give her paw to us. Sooo cute! We have even asked to extend our time there. We didn’t want to end! So, if you want to feel special, go to this place. We felt close to heaven! 🌷

The location is perfect. Apartment is really nice, super clean, and complete new. The beach nearby is not crowded, it is great for families, but also for morning jogging or long walks along the sea. The host always answered our messages immediately and helped with everything. I can just recommend this place, we had a great time in Zefiro Apartments!

Apartament itself was clean with everything necessary at hand. There are two shops nearby and plenty of restaurants around. Terrace view on top of the building is great but it is better from the apartament closer to the sea. Croissant service in the morning is a must have. People from the Villa are very helpful and were able to help us with any question during our stay.

We loved everything about this Villa. It was very comfortable for the 12 of us. Nine adults and three children.  It was very close to the train station that we used frequently as well.
