The employee of the hostel was very welcoming, warm, and nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was still very good, just a 10-minute walk to Petra's visiting center entrance. We saw an amazing sunset and night view of the city offered by the manager to the mountain top nearby. Unforgettable memories. Totally recommend visiting and staying here.

From initial check-in to check-out the service and hospitality was phenomenal. I have traveled the world and I’ve yet to see better service from a small family run hotel. Khaled helped us plan our visit to Petra which enhanced our visit 1000%. He helped us avoid the crowds and arranged for camel rides without the hassles. He even helped us plan our visit to Wadi Rum. Everything he planned worked great. His family and staff were very friendly and served an outstanding breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend this property to start your adventures in Jordan.

Tamer was the nicest host you could hope for, really friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome and was happy to share tips and recommendations for the area. He was especially good with our two year old who was sad to leave after 2 nights. Property was really clean and bright, bed was very comfy. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious, huge portions and very good value. Location was great as we had a car, 5 minutes drive from Petra and 2 minute walk to grocery store with good fresh fruit and veg. Excellent value for money and will 100% stay there again if I visit Petra in the future.

The apartment is modern and exceptionally clean and very spacious, the heating works, there's hot water in the shower, which is not always the case in Jordan. I highly recommend ordering the dinner, the food was superb and plentiful! Zaid and his family are very hospitable. It's good that there is a cattle and fridge in the apartment, they even gave us sage for tea :) The addition of a microwave and a basic set of dishes&cutlery would have made it even better.

The apartment is perfectly located – very close to the entrance of Petra (5 minutes by car). You can also walk to the entrance if you have no car. Our room provided the perfect accommodation for our needs, it was very clean, spacious and the view we had of Wadi Musa from our window was just incredible. We also had access to the rooftop terrace which also has an incredible view of the city (the terrace wasn't completely finished at the time of our visit but it should be soon, we are sure that it will make the experience even better for future visitors as the owner was kind enough to show us pictures of what the final result should look like and it was absolutely stunning). When we booked this place, we read several reviews saying that the owner of the place (Mr. Otaiba) was amazing and that, that alone, should convince people to book this place. After our short stay in Petra, we 100% understand all the reviews we read about Otaiba and his staff (Shadi). They truly made us feel like friends/family staying in their home due to their kindness and hospitality rather than guests staying in a hotel. They helped us plan two perfect days in Petra and recommended lots of great restaurants. Otaiba was also kind enough to take us to see the sunset in a place not very well known by tourists and we had the most beautiful view of Wadi Musa from this place thanks to him. They also let us use the building's washing machine (at no extra charge) which was really helpful. They also prepared generous breakfast boxes to go as we were visiting Petra early in the morning. We had good experiences here. The food is good, and the owner is also very nice. He guided us to some view points, we saw the beautiful night view of Wadi Mousa. And the location of the house is about 10-15min from Wadi Mousa by car. It's quiet than Wadi Mousa, but easy to reach there and Petra. We recommend it, especially if you have a car.
